**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, site visits, approvals, and follow-ups with concerned stakeholders.
- Track and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide timely updates and reports on liaison activities, approvals status, and escalations.
- Act as a representative of the organization in public and official forums.
- Support internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, operations) with necessary coordination with external bodies.
- Address queries and resolve issues related to external communication or regulation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a liaison, public relations, or regulatory coordination role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of government processes and regulations related to the industry.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage relationships effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Fluency in [local language] and English.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with government departments or in a similar liaison role within the same industry.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and legal documentation.
