**Job Summary**:

- We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Video Editor** to join our media and branding team at **ADCC Academy Pvt. Ltd** in Nagpur.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the design and content team to understand project objectives and deliver creative visual storytelling.
- Add effects, transitions, voiceovers, subtitles, and background music as required.
- Ensure video content meets branding standards and quality expectations.
- Manage and organize raw video assets and archived media files.
- Collaborate on script planning, shoot concepts, and storyboarding when required.
- Optimize videos for different digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in video editing.
- Proficiency with editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro**, or similar tools.
- Understanding of different video formats, resolutions, and editing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
