Job Description: Four-Wheel Driver

**Position Overview**: The Four-Wheel Driver operates vehicles with four-wheel-drive capabilities for transportation and logístical purposes. This role involves safe and efficient driving in various terrain conditions, ensuring timely delivery of goods or passengers, and proper vehicle maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Driving and Transportation**:

- Operate a four-wheel-drive vehicle to transport passengers, goods, or equipment safely and efficiently.
- Navigate through diverse terrains, including rough roads, off-road conditions, and challenging weather.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular vehicle checks, including oil, tires, brakes, and fuel levels.
- Ensure the vehicle is in excellent working condition and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep the vehicle clean, both interior and exterior, at all times.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Use safety gear, such as seat belts, and ensure passengers adhere to safety protocols.
- Report any accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage immediately.
- **Route Planning**:

- Plan routes efficiently to meet schedules and deadlines.
- Use GPS or maps to identify the best routes, especially in remote or unfamiliar locations.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain a logbook with details of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle issues.
- Ensure proper documentation is available for the transport of goods, where applicable.
- **Support Tasks**:

- Assist in loading and unloading goods or assisting passengers as needed.
- Provide support in emergency situations, such as vehicle recovery or first aid (if trained).

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a driver, especially with four-wheel-drive vehicles.
- **Licenses**: Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class; off-road driving certifications are a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in driving four-wheel-drive vehicles in diverse terrain.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and emergency repairs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- out of 8: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
