**WORK/FACTORY SUPERVISOR**

**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES**:

- **Inter-Personal Relation**:Ability to manage and command contactors, workers, laborers and colleagues.
- **Supervising**: Supervising and coordinating factory operations to ensure efficient production processes and ensuring that the manufacturing team are meeting the production as well as quality standards.
- **Decision Making**: Make decisions related to production and manage and motivate team of workers.
- **Inventory Management**:Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and finished products.
- **Ensuring Safety**: To implement and enforce safety protocols such as to maintain a secure working environment.
- **Optimization of resources**:Estimate and optimize the use of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower. Also, identify ways to reduce waste and to allocate the resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards.
- **Training & Development**: Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and productivity and help them in development and increasing team productivity & efficiency.
- **Maintain Accuracy in setting standards**: Performing detailed analysis to establish standards and specifications as per organization’s policy.
- **Documentation**: Prepare reports collaborating with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- **Cost-effective measures**:Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- **Implement Measures of Improvement**: Monitoring and analyzing production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- **MIS Reporting**: Preparing Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Stock reports for the Senior Management and etc.
- **Any other duties**: As per the management’s decision and required from time to time.

**Job Type & Work Location**: Full-time at our Works, Howrah in Person

**Experience**: Factory Management : 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: Best of Industry Norms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
