**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to engage with customers who have abandoned their carts on the platform. The primary goal is to understand customer concerns, address queries, and convert abandoned carts into successful purchases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Conversion**: Identify reasons for cart abandonment and provide solutions to encourage purchase completion.
- **Product Consultation**: Educate customers about product features, offers, and benefits to drive conversions.
- **Follow-Ups**: Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- **CRM Management**: Update customer interactions and order statuses in the system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on why they abandoned their cart and share insights with the team.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards individual and team sales targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate / Undergraduate (any field).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- **Sales & Persuasion**: Ability to handle objections and persuade customers effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to build rapport.
- **Work Experience**: Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
