It does so by streamlining information-sharing across (remote) teams, digitizing daily tasks & processes, automating workflows, and generating insightful dashboards & comprehensive reports. **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**: To create engaging and educative short-form content that educates targeted segments and generates inquiries on LinkedIn and Company Website.


**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST HAVE a Great Sense of Humor, and Passion for Creativity
- MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience in Copywriting
- MUST HAVE 1+ Experience with Graphic Ideation
- MUST HAVE Experience with publishing content and ads on LinkedIn
- Must be self-driven and be able to perform with zero-to-mínimal supervision.
- Experience with B2B technology brands is an added advantage.


**QUALIFICATIONS**: Bachelor’s degree in English or Communication is required.


**JOB BRIEF**: As a Creative Copywriter, your role will include
- Concept Ideation and Copywriting:

- Write original copy to ensure high content standards across the brand’s social, print, video and online presence.
- Become an expert in our product and audience to create high-engagement content that reflects our brand's voice across social media platforms and company website.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product and Design teams to develop a variety of content marketing materials. These include social media ads and posts.
- Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders.
- Create compelling content in simple and powerful language that is impactful and invokes an emotional response to take action
- Consistently raise the bar on communication content through testing and experimentation.
- Work closely with Designers to curate innovative graphics for the same.
- COMPLETE OWNERSHIP of Online Marketing Communications - End to End


**LOCATION OF THE JOB**:

- Please note that this is a **FULL-Time and On-site position (Work from Office).**


**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid sick time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- RT Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
