_Job Description:_
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Develop and implement a comprehensive GK curriculum that covers a wide range of topics, including current events, history, geography, and general knowledge._
- Create lesson plans and teaching materials that are age-appropriate and engaging, ensuring that students are actively involved in the learning process._
- Instill moral and ethical values through classroom discussions, activities, and examples, encouraging students to develop a strong sense of integrity, responsibility, and empathy._
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills in students to help them make informed decisions and become responsible citizens._
- Assess and evaluate students' progress regularly, providing feedback and support to help them improve their GK and moral understanding._
- Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities related to GK, such as quizzes, debates, and competitions, to enhance their knowledge and confidence._
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where diversity is celebrated, and students feel safe to express their thoughts and opinions._
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate GK and moral education into the broader school curriculum._
- Maintain open communication with parents and provide them with regular updates on their child's progress and development in GK and moral values._
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Moral Education, or a related field._
- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience in GK and moral education is preferred._
- Strong knowledge of GK topics, current events, and moral and ethical principles._
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of all ages._
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds._
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment._
