**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the engineering consulting sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website.
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a Mechanical related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
