Shawarma Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Shawarma Chef to join our fast food stall in Delhi. As a Shawarma Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and authentic shawarma dishes that delight our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook shawarma dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Marinate and season meats ensuring they are flavorful and tender.
- Operate and maintain shawarma grills and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in proper working condition.
- Slice and carve cooked meats for serving, ensuring portion control and maintaining presentation standards.
- Prepare and assemble shawarma sandwiches or plates with a variety of toppings, sauces, and accompaniments.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, following all health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or similar role in a fast-paced food service environment.
- In-depth knowledge of shawarma preparation techniques, seasoning, and cooking methods.
- Ability to slice and carve meats with precision and consistency.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid food handling certification is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
