We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented **Admission Counselor** skilled in parent counseling, lead conversion, and social media-based outreach to help increase school admissions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel parents professionally about school curriculum, facilities, teaching methods, and policies.
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-up and effective communication.
- Use **social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Business)** to generate leads, promote school events, and share admission information.
- Maintain structured digital records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admission status using CRM/Excel.
- Conduct school tours and organize admission-related events such as Open House, Orientation, and Parent Interaction Sessions.
- Build outreach networks with preschools, residential societies, and educational consultants.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for online campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing/Education/Psychology preferred).
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** in school admissions, counseling, or educational marketing.
- Strong communication in **English and local language**.
- Knowledge of **lead generation using Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Ads, and local community groups**.
- Good understanding of school processes, parent expectations, and CBSE norms (preferred).

**Salary & Benefits**

Depending on the capability a salary of Rs 20000 to Rs 25000 will be provided with additional incentives for completing the targets. Apart from this accommodation on sharing basis and food will be provided. Free electricity and internet also provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
