**Computer / Data Operator**:
Alpha Plus Technologies is seeking an ambitious Computer / Data Operator (Content Management Executive) to become a key member of our Content Team. You shall be responsible for end-to-end content management including converting content from any available format into HTML/ Excel / Word, creating hyperlinks, cross-references etc. for Alpha Plus’ flagship solution. In this role you will interact internally with Banking Research Team and Client Assistance Team.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Converting content from any available format into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required based on the nature of the content
- Scanning content from print format for conversion into HTML / Excel / Word / any other format(s) as may be required.
- Inputting prescribed metadata for each content file
- Creating hyperlinks / bookmarks, wherever necessary
- Creating cross-links in referenced documents
- Periodic updating of specified content like List, KYR(s), FAQ(s)
- Processing the Content of the software(s) other than KMT as and when required in the prescribed formats of the respective software
- Other Basic responsibilities;
- Maintaining daily work log in Task Monitoring Sheet as per the defined guideline.
- Maintaining time sheet of task other than routine work in the project trackers.
- Undertaking routine back up functions as per the defined guidelines

**WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE**:

- Graduates
- Fresher’s / Minimum 1 years of experience in Content / Data Processing role
- Basic Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Ms-Word & Ms-Excel
- Must possess good written and communication skills
