**Job Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee multiple operational functions and ensure smooth workflow management.

2. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

3. Manage relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.

4. Work cross-functionally to support various projects and meet organizational objectives.

5. Provide leadership within the operations team, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and inclusivity.

6. Regularly analyze data and generate reports to track departmental performance.

7. Guide and mentor junior team members, encouraging continuous development.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Operations Management, or related field.

2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or related fields.

3. Proven track record of managing teams and optimizing processes.

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
