**Company Description**

**Position**: Travel Coordinator / Domestic Travel Executive
**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year
**Joining**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **end-to-end travel bookings**: flights, trains, buses, hotels, and other accommodations.
- Assist clients with **visa and passport procedures** when required.
- Prepare and share **detailed travel itineraries** with clients.
- Track travel expenses and ensure budgets are maintained.
- Handle **last-minute changes or cancellations** professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill travel requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer preferences, frequent flyer memberships, and vendor contacts.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel coordination, operations, or ticketing.
- Knowledge of domestic destinations and basic international routing.
- Hands-on experience with **travel portals** (IRCTC, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
