This is an on-site role involving physical work, electrical connections, and mounting of solar structures. **Key Responsibilities**: - Installation of solar structures and PV modules on-site - Understanding of mounting structure alignment and layout - Drilling, tightening, and fixing structures on rooftops or ground - Basic knowledge of wiring, inverters, and safety protocols - Ensuring timely and quality installation - Coordination with project supervisors and electrical teams **Requirements**: - Prior experience in solar installation preferred - Ability to work at heights and handle tools/machinery - Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions - Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus - Team player with problem-solving skills **Education**: Minimum 10th Pass.
