**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Implement SEO (on-page and off-page) strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and create detailed reports to track ROI and KPIs.
- Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, running ads, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
- Develop lead generation campaigns and follow-up workflows to nurture and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including running paid ads and managing SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising features.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Creative thinking with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
