Designation: Australian Account

Package: 3.0 Lac TO 12.00 Lac (Jr/Senior/Team Leader)

Job Responsibility
- Ability to manage /lead a team
- Play proactive role in hiring/training requirements for the team
- Motivates the team and periodically assesses their performance
- Require excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives (TAT).
- Open to shift timing Decision making skills
- Ability to learn the new software and processes quickly
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Word.
- QBO, Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, Hubdoc, Dext(RB) knowledge is a beneficial
- Implementation Expert - Decision-making skills
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals and show a road map to team for achieving the same
- Ability to drive new processes, question current practices and seek improvement, discover training needs and
provide coaching
- Coach & develop team & individual training and development schemes, in conjunction with relevant
departments
- Oversee day-to-day operation, Delegate & Monitor tasks / performance with set deadlines without
compromising quality of delivery
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. Encourage creativity and calculated risk-taking.
- Suggest and organize team building activities.
- Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office.
- Good Communication skill - Client communication in English with CPA, business owners/Executives.
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and
effectively handling customer complaints.Roles & responsibilities

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

- CA-Inter (preferred)
