As an Architect Draftsman, your role shall involve creating detailed architectural drawings and plans for various facilities and structures within the organization.
- Creating architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- **Exposure in AutoCAD and SketchUp software is mandatory (Revit/rendering software is an additional benefit).**:

- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, maintenance department and consultants to integrate design elements into construction projects.
- Maintain organized project documentation and files.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Architect Draftsman or similar role.
- **Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp software.**:

- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building construction.
- Excellent drafting and technical drawing skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
