Forklift Operator

Job Summary: The High Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high reach forklifts and other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a safe and efficient manner. The High Reach Forklift Operator will also be responsible for performing other related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate high reach forklifts and other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as checking fluid levels, changing filters, and performing safety inspections.
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and balanced to prevent damage to merchandise or injury to personnel.
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, following traffic patterns, and avoiding unsafe acts.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure that quantities and descriptions are accurate.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Communicate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient flow of merchandise.
- Operate equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures, including handling hazardous materials.
- Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills related to high reach forklift operation, safety, and other areas as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to lift up to 2MT.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
