**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Patient Outreach & Communication**:
Ensure that communication is clear, professional, and empathetic to patients' needs and concerns.

Educate patients about the specifics of costly therapies, including pricing, payment plans, and any available financial assistance or insurance options.

**2. Consultation Scheduling**:
Convince patients to book consultations or appointments with doctors or specialists to assess their eligibility for the proposed therapies.

Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule appointments and ensure patients receive timely follow-ups.

**3. Therapy Explanation & Benefits**:
Provide detailed information about the benefits of the therapy, helping patients understand how it can address their specific medical issues.

Address concerns related to cost, explaining payment options, financing, or insurance coverage where applicable.

**4. Follow-Up Calls**:
Make follow-up calls to patients who have shown interest but have not yet committed to the therapy.

**5. Persuasion & Negotiation**:
Use persuasive communication techniques to help patients see the value in the therapy despite the cost.

**6. Record-Keeping & Data Management**:
Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions, including details about therapy discussions, patient concerns, and scheduling information.

Update the clinic’s CRM system to track patient status and progress in considering the therapy.

**7. Collaboration with Medical Team**:
Work closely with doctors and medical staff to understand therapy details, patient concerns, and updates on new therapies.

**Skills**:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate medical information clearly and persuasively.

Empathy and Patience: Understand the concerns of patients, especially when discussing expensive therapies.

Sales or Persuasion Experience: Ability to convince patients while remaining sensitive to their medical needs.

**Basic Knowledge of Medical Therapies**:Familiarity with common medical treatments and therapies offered by the clinic.

**Requirement -**

12th Pass, graduation

Having experience in telecalling for minimum 6 months to 1 year.
