**What is the Job all about?**

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and to be based in Pune, India.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Disassemble, inspect, trouble shoot, repair and replace part and re-assemble pumps, pump systems and accessories in a field service or shop environment.
- Identify the root cause of mechanical, electrical and systematic failures.
- Responsible for Complaint Management thru Service App via handheld device/Laptop.
- Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety Program as outlined by the Health and Safety Manager and as required by local regulations.
- Interfaces with team leader and back office to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
- Carry out risk assessment before each job.
- Conduct pump hydraulic tests, energy checks.
- Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty repairs.
- Assist leaders by identifying and providing solutions to service and warranty concerns.
- Write Service / FAS reports.
- Knows and understands department procedures and goals.
- Working on a variety of projects within a short period of time.
- Flexible with working hours in order to meet customers’ expectations,
- Comply with standard operational and working practices.

**Your background**:

- Engineering Degree or Diploma, with equivalent work experience of 4-5years
- Mechincal /Electical & Electronics
- Worked with customer service experiences
