Description

**Essential Functions**
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Work with the NetSuite developer to scope and Implement enhancements.
- Maintain user access, roles, and rights.
- Configuring and auditing the environment for Separation of duties
- Evaluating and tuning the environment for best performance
- Provide user support, responding to support cases and providing guidance on system processes
- Provide NetSuite orientation and ongoing NetSuite training for company employees.
- Work with the security team to ensure the environment meets our Confidentiality and data integrity needs.
- Advise on and perform routine data backups
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned**.**

**Skills needed to be successful**
- 4+ years of experience in IT industry
- 3+ years experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize day to day tasks
- Excels at problem solving with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of finance related data and activities, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and accounts receivable

**Preferred Experience & Education**
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Data Intigration tools: such as Celigo or Boomi
- SQL experience a plus

**Supervisory Responsibilities**
- None
