**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum framework.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and communication with parents.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure learning is engaging and inclusive.
- Foster a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff for events and curriculum planning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness as per the school’s standards.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in young children.
- Participate in professional development sessions and school meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with a diploma/certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-primary teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children.

**Note**: Transportation will not be provided by the school. Staff must arrange their own transport.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
