Junior Research Associate

Developing and overseeing the research and

development strategy for the company, ensuring

that it aligns with the company's overall goals and

objectives.

2. Leading and managing a team of researchers and

engineers to design, develop, and test new medical

devices and technologies.

3. Collaborating with other departments, such as

marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure

that new products and technologies meet the needs

of customers and comply with relevant regulations.

4. Identifying and evaluating new market

opportunities and trends in the medical device

industry, and making recommendations for new

products and technologies to pursue.

5. Managing the budget and resources for research

and development projects, and ensuring that they

are completed on time and within budget.

6. Overseeing the clinical trials and testing of new

medical devices and technologies to ensure their

safety and effectiveness.

7. Keeping abreast of advances in technology and

scientific research, and incorporating new findings

into the company's research and development

efforts.

8. Building relationships with external partners, such

as universities and other research institutions, to

expand the company's research capabilities and

access new technology.

9. Communicating research findings and progress to

the company's management team and stakeholders.

10. Ensuring that all research and development

physics, or a related field, with a focus on medical

device design and development.

2. In-depth knowledge of medical device

regulations and standards, such as FDA

regulations, ISO standards, and CE marking.

3. Strong understanding of various medical device

technologies, including materials science,

biomechanics, and electronics.

4. Strong skills in product development, including

prototyping, testing, and validation.

5. Strong knowledge of product testing

methodologies and quality control processes.

6. Strong knowledge of project management

methodologies, and experience leading and

managing projects from concept to launch.

7. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and

experimental design, as well as proficiency in

relevant software and tools.

8. Strong knowledge of medical device

manufacturing processes and the ability to design

products that can be manufactured at scale.

9. Strong knowledge of medical device market

trends and industry dynamics.

10. Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws,

and experience in protecting and commercializing

medical device technologies.

Pay: ₹30,043.44 - ₹51,940.41 per month
