Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in finance and accounting
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Financial Operations:
a. Manage and review daily accounting activities for accuracy and compliance.
b. Maintain the general ledger and ensure timely entries.
c. Oversee collections and monitor cash inflows to identify trends and address issues promptly.
2. Customer Payment Monitoring:
a. Group customers based on payment and turnover cycles to optimize financial planning.
b. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow management.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis:
a. Provide insights and reports on financial performance to support decision-making.
b. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
a. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

b. Maintain accurate records and financial documentation using the company’s Buzy software (no Tally required).
c. Ensure adherence to taxation laws and other financial regulations.
d. Oversee GST, TDS, ESI, PF, PT and other statutory deductions for employees.
5. Ownership and Responsibility:
a. Handle the entire finance function independently, taking full accountability for financial health and operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices and financial operations.
- Proficient in financial software (experience with Buzy software is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
