- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to registering of line to secure an asset and thereafter ensuring adequate reporting. In filings, you would be required to register a line with county & state basis the type of product & value (guidelines set up by client). This can be done through physical filings, e-filings wherever possible & API filings. It would involve original filings, extensions, refiling, terminations, etc._
- Responsibilities_
- _Checking the necessary details from SOS websites to download recording # & Date._
- _Processing other transaction activities & business reporting._
- _Ability to manage large volumes._
- _Update daily tracker with correct information of filings._
- _Complete the allocation work within the time frame given._
- _Update the check list daily._
- _Documentation of current / future state processes._
- _Complete the Filings allocation._
- _100% Accuracy with individual ownership._
- _Managing Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual volume_
