Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and Produce Baked Goods: Prepare and produce high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts, including bread, cakes, cookies, and other sweet and savory items.
2. Menu Planning and Development: Assist in planning and developing new menu items and recipes to enhance the cafe's offerings.
3. Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
4. Team Management: Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Bakery & Pastry Chef in a cafe or bakery environment.
2. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Bakery and Pastry Arts or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong baking and pastry skills, creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Certifications: Food safety certification and knowledge of HACCP principles.
