**Job description**

Managing of Farm activities, Daily Farm works planning. Maintain records of staff and farm labourers. Organising labour works in the farm. Supervising farm activities and farm labourers. Crop Protection & Nutrients for good yield.Productivity of farm labourers and farm produce. Monitoring transport vehicle details.Handling petty cash and updating..Maintenance of farm stock and assets.Safety & Security of workplace. Co-ordination with Reporting Manager for various activities in the farm..Motivating farm labourers to complete the tasks on time.Spraying organic manure /bio fertilizers for plant nutrients at regular intervals.Spraying bio pesticides to control pest diseases..Making Farm Produce a profit head centre.

Job Location: Yentaganahalli & Karekalpalaya - Nelamangala
