ROLES and RESPONSIBILITY:
The FTP Support Executive provides production and operational support for the company’s process associated with the File Transfer Process established for electronic transfer of data between DocuCare and our clients.

The FTP Support Executive will have the following responsibilities:
1. Will assist the Production Supervisor in the allocation and assignment of the daily work.

2. Manage the transfer of audio and documents for our transcription team members.

3. Manage our client database of reports, physician samples and overall client preferences.

4. Manage and archive the company’s reports on a monthly basis.

5. Will assist team members in dealing with medical transcription software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
