Skating and Archery Teacher

**Job Summary: Skating and Archery Teacher (1 Year Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group lessons in both skating and archery.
- Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs and skill levels.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their performance and confidence.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants.
- Organize and supervise skating and archery events and activities.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular updates to parents or guardians.
- Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages student growth and achievement.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience in teaching skating and/or archery.
- Strong understanding of safety guidelines and best practices for both sports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in archery or skating instruction (or related fields).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
