A production supervisor manages the production floor to ensure processes run smoothly and safely. Their responsibilities include:

- Planning and scheduling: Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and assign tasks to employees
- Monitoring: Ensure production processes are operating safely and efficiently, and identify areas for improvement
- Quality control: Verify production output meets specifications, and ensure quality control standards are applied
- Safety: Ensure employees use equipment safely, and schedule regular maintenance
- Inventory: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure raw materials are available
- Training: Ensure employees receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively
- Reporting: Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
- Troubleshooting: Identify and solve issues that arise on the production floor
- Improving: Develop and recommend improvements to facilities, equipment, or procedures
- Maintaining relationships: Maintain working relationships with union members and representatives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
