Job description

Service Manager Responsibilities:

- Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
- Understanding customer needs and concerns.
- Providing technical direction to the team.
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solution to customers concerns.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Preparing and submitting service reports.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 2 or more years' service & installation planning experience preferably commercial kitchen equipment.
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software including AutoCAD and solid works.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Excellent Service & Installation management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to travel as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.

Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560105, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

Language: - Kannada / English (preferred) /Hind.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
