**Job Summary**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. To provide various reports, analytics and MIS generation in MS office.

2. Front end handling of customer & Management of escalated customer via call/mail.

3. Assisting with training and onboarding measures.

4. Assisting in the troubleshooting of customer problems by replicating problems.

5. Encourage our customers to use required tools as much as possible, and guide the customer to use self-service knowledge base.

6. Ability to motivate and inspire staff and train junior staff.

**Key Performance Indicators**

1. Customer satisfaction oriented.

2. Responsible for generating MIS.

**Required Skills**:
1. Experience / deep knowledge of Windows/MS Office software/ basic networking and personal computers required.

2. Ability to understand and explain technical information.

3. Expertise over MS Office.

4. Ability to solve customer problems via telephone or by Remote.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Fluent in English and Hindi communication.

**Qualification and Experience**

1. Any Graduation / Post Graduation.

2. Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in managing Services Partners/ DSE/MIS.
