We are seeking a skilled and creative In-House Video Editor to join our team. As an In-House Video Editor, your primary responsibility will be to edit podcast videos and create engaging reels for our podcast.

**Responsibilities**:
Edit podcast videos to ensure high-quality production, incorporating visuals, audio, graphics, and effects as necessary.
- Create captivating reels using podcast content to promote episodes and engage with our audience on various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to understand the vision and objectives for each video project.
- Ensure the delivery of projects within established timelines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques and trends to consistently enhance the quality of our content.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and experienced in editing podcast videos.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with the ability to capture and maintain audience interest.
- Familiarity with various video formats and platforms, optimizing videos for different channels.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output with accurate and seamless editing.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with the content team.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
