School Bus Driver / Personal Car Driver

**Job Summary**:
The School Bus & Personal Car Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students, staff, and guests, as well as the operation and maintenance of assigned school and personal vehicles. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to all traffic and safety regulations within and outside the school campus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely drive school buses to transport students to and from school, excursions, and events.
- Operate the Principal’s or Management’s personal car as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and good condition of all assigned vehicles.
- Conduct daily inspection of vehicles for fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, and overall condition.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety rules and school transport policies.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and trip records.
- Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the Transport In-Charge.
- Assist students during boarding and alighting, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules diligently.
- Be available for emergency transport needs within the campus or nearby areas.
- Maintain confidentiality and respectful behavior when driving school authorities or guests.
- Participate in safety drills, training, and meetings as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid Heavy/Light Motor Vehicle (HMV/LMV) driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience driving school buses or institutional vehicles.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
- Physically fit and alert at all times.
- Polite, disciplined, and dependable.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
