**Job Title**: Loading Man

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Load and unload goods onto delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage during transportation.
- Organize and arrange items in the warehouse or storage area for easy access.
- Verify the quantity and condition of goods being loaded or unloaded.
- Assist the dispatch team in preparing orders for shipment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
- Follow company guidelines for handling specific products (e.g., fragile or perishable items).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in loading, warehouse operations, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (mention weight limit if applicable, e.g., 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of inventory management and loading techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if required.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in handling goods.
