**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Body Shop Advisor** to join our team at NATIONAL MOTORS. As a Body Shop Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing repair orders, and acting as a liaison between customers and the body shop team. You will guide customers through the repair process, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining a smooth workflow in the shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers promptly, assess their needs, and provide a clear explanation of repair services and processes.
- **Estimate and Advise**: Prepare accurate damage estimates, explain repair costs, and provide recommendations based on the scope of work required.
- **Repair Order Management**: Create and track repair orders, ensuring all necessary parts and materials are ordered and available in a timely manner.
- **Coordination with Technicians**: Collaborate with body shop technicians to ensure the timely and accurate completion of repairs, while addressing any questions or concerns.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect vehicles before and after repairs to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- **Customer Communication**: Keep customers informed of repair status, manage expectations, and address any concerns throughout the process.
- **Insurance Liaison**: Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate claims and repair approvals, ensuring a smooth claims process.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, estimates, and repair statuses.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure customers are satisfied with their experience by providing excellent customer service and handling any issues that may arise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
