**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on post production topics such as video editing, compositing, sound design, and color grading.
- Train students in the use of industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Nuke, Silhouette, Houdini, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Develop curriculum and course materials in alignment with industry standards and trends.
- Guide and mentor students on projects, providing constructive feedback and ensuring quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Comics) industry.
- Assess student performance, offering feedback to support their growth and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a comprehensive education for students.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, and participate in industry events to enrich the learning experience.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Post Production, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in post production, visual effects, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Nuke, Silhouette, Houdini, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, sound design, compositing, and color correction.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their creative potential.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with advanced VFX techniques such as green screen compositing, tracking, keying, and 3D integration.
- Knowledge of post production workflows involving both 2D and 3D elements.
- Understanding of emerging trends in the media and entertainment industry.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and collaborate in a dynamic, creative environment.
