**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:
Operate and set up Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) to perform tasks such as milling, drilling, tapping, and boring on materials like metals, plastics, and composites.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand specifications and machining requirements for each project.
- **Tooling & Setup**:
Install and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to specifications. Change cutting tools, calibrate machine settings, and load appropriate programs.
- **Quality Control**:
Inspect and measure machined parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
- **Machine Monitoring**:
Continuously monitor the operation of the HMC, observing for any discrepancies or issues. Adjust machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- **Troubleshooting & Maintenance**:
Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or operational issues. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of the machine. Report any technical faults to maintenance teams.
- **Safety & Cleanliness**:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure machines are in good working order.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, maintenance, and any issues encountered during operations. Report on progress and any delays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
