**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive
**Location**: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to higher authorities when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-up on customer interactions, providing updates and resolutions as needed.
- **Documentation**: Record and update customer information in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
