**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with accuracy.
- Generate and analyze reports using **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular backups.
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a **back office or data management role**.
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel** (formulas, functions, and reporting tools).
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with other office software (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles.
