**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deploy predictive models, algorithms, and statistical models to optimize various business processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, and domain experts, to design and implement end-to-end data science solutions.
- Utilize tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Amazon SageMaker to build, train, and deploy scalable and high-performance machine learning models.
- Optimize model performance through techniques like parallel processing, model compression, and hardware acceleration to ensure efficient and accurate predictions.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, to ensure smooth and reliable model operations.
- Communicate complex findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.

**Must Qualification**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-intensive environment.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling techniques.
- Proven experience with end-to-end data science project lifecycle, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment, versioning, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with experience in software development best practices and version control systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Amazon SageMaker for model hosting and inference.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
