- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients/customers.
- Share product and company information clearly and professionally.
- Maintain and update call records and reports.
- Follow up with potential leads and support the sales/HR/BD team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
- Prior tele calling/telemarketing experience preferred (pharma background will be an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to handle targets and build rapport with customers.
