**Job Profile**:
**Financial Management & Reporting**
- Oversee accounting operations including A/P, A/R, General Ledger, & Bank Reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Consolidate group-level financials and provide financial reports to senior management.
- Maintain accuracy & transparency in financial records & reporting systems.

**Compliance & Audit**
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Manage internal and statutory audits and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance mechanisms across all entities.

**Team Leadership**
- Lead, train, and manage accounting teams across various dealerships/ companies and the corporate office.
- Standardize accounting processes and enforce SOPs across the group.
- Monitor performance, provide guidance, and promote a culture of accuracy and accountability.

**Budgeting & MIS**
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
- Deliver timely MIS reports with meaningful insights for business planning.
- Track dealership-wise financial KPIs and advise on cost control and efficiency.

**Stakeholder Coordination**
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other external agencies.
- Work closely with dealership leadership for alignment of financial operations.
- Support the MD & CAO with financial planning, risk assessments, and strategic initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems (Autoline / DMS preferred)
- Sound understanding of all applicable taxes and financial regulations
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with a strategic mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred.
