**Job description**

**We are Hiring QC/Chemist/QC Trainee /R&D for Pharma Company in Nagpur**

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both required

Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc (Chemistry)/ B.Pharm/M.Pharm

**Salary**: 14-18 K

Job location: Nagpur

**Role and Responsibility**

1. Before dispensing raw materials, check the details mentioned in the BMR with the actual materials available. Ensure that the correct raw materials and quantities are being used as specified in the BMR.

2. During manufacturing Ensure the critical control points (temperature, pH, conductivity, RPM, Pressure of manufacturing machines) are complying as mentioned in the BMR

3. Responsible for issuance of BPCR to Production department

4. Responsible for execution of process validation, hold time study, cleaning validation as per approved Protocol.

5. Responsible for Perform IPQA activity and monitoring all areas cleaning activity with documents.

6. Responsible for review of BPCR and batch release documents.

7. Responsible for review of Log Books.

8. Review of cGMP/QMS system document in overall facility.

9. Responsible for retrieval of documents and verification of receive documents.

10. Review of IQ/OQ/PQ qualification Documents from different departments.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
