**Functional Scope**:
**A. Visual Identity Development**:

- Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including website images, banners, etc, social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and more.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, computer animation, and illustrator, photoshop; core skills in establishing visual hierarchy, typography, and colour effectively and using visual design to organise information.
- Develop Office Brandings, layout and 3D designs.

**B. Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and platforms all the time, maintaining adherence to established brand guidelines and standards.
- Ability to create style guides to be used cross-functionally to retain consistency.

**C. Collaborative Approach**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
- Work with copywriters and job handlers to produce final design.

**D. Innovative Solutions**:

- Drive the evolution of our brand identity by conceptualizing and executing engaging design solutions that reflect our core values and resonate with our desired audience.
- Ensure final artwork and design layouts are visually appealing and in line with the brand guidelines.

**E. Mentorship**:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Solid time management skills, ability to manage high work volumes and process multiple projects simultaneously; lead by setting an example.
- Self-motivated, hardworking professional with a positive attitude and works well under pressure in a corporate setting.
- More than 10 years of relevant branding, and advertising experience in a creative agency; meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven track record of creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Final Cut) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and design layout composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas into attractive and visually pleasing creative interpretations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.
- Experience working in a B2B or logistics-related industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation techniques is desirable.
- Experience in Office Branding, layout and 3-D designs.
- Strong leadership qualities.
