**About the Role**:
As a Delivery Associate at Indbiz (E-Commerce), you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customer orders. You will be responsible for delivering packages and groceries to customers' doorsteps while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Delivery**: Deliver packages and groceries to customers' doorsteps in a timely and professional manner.
- **Product Handling**: Handle products with care to prevent damage during transit.
- **Route Optimization**: Utilize mobile apps or GPS to plan efficient delivery routes.
- **Payment Collection**: Collect payments from customers (if applicable) and maintain accurate records.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any queries or concerns.
- **Adherence to Guidelines**: Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 10th Pass or above.
- **Skills**:

- Valid driving license
- Knowledge of local routes
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages
- Good communication skills
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
