The Photographer & Videographer holds the crucial role of capturing top-notch visual content for diverse needs such as marketing materials, social media, websites, events, and internal communications. This position demands a sharp attention to detail, a flair for creativity, technical mastery in both photography and videography, and the capacity to work collaboratively with team members to craft captivating visual stories.

**Must own a Camera**

**Photography and Videography**:

- Capture stunning high-resolution images and videos across diverse environments, prioritizing impeccable composition, lighting, and narrative coherence.
- Employ professional-grade equipment and cutting-edge software to achieve desired outcomes, leveraging a range of tools from cameras and lenses to lighting setups and editing suites.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and gear in the photography and videography fields to continuously elevate creative output.

**Pre-production**:

- Take charge of meticulously planning and orchestrating photo and video shoots, handling everything from scouting locations and casting talent to arranging equipment setups.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive shot lists, storyboards, and creative concepts that align seamlessly with project objectives.

**Post-production**:

- Skillfully edit and refine visual content using industry-standard software, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and technical quality.
- Integrate additional elements such as graphics, animations, and audio enhancements to enrich the final product.
- Engage in iterative review processes with stakeholders to refine content until it aligns perfectly with project goals and brand guidelines.

**Asset Management**:

- Establish and maintain a meticulously organized digital repository of photos and videos, facilitating easy access and streamlined categorization for future use.
- Implement robust backup and archival protocols to safeguard against data loss and preserve data integrity over time.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation departments, to ensure visual content harmonizes with overarching brand strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to grasp project specifications and deliverables accurately.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Uphold the pristine condition and optimal performance of all photography and videography equipment through regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Conduct routine inspections and address technical issues promptly to extend equipment lifespan and uphold consistent performance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in photography, videography, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
- Proficiency with photography and videography equipment, including DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing agreements related to photography and videography.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
