We are currently seeking a Statistical Programmer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Industry Consulting Consultants possess a high degree of industry specific knowledge and current business trends. Has the ability to solve client business challenges and devise new approaches to improve and expand clients market success. These consultants possess a high proficiency in communications to facilitate project meetings, identify, mitigate and resolve issues, and depict and convey status to executive leadership. These consultants define the value proposition, work plans, resource needs, timeline and budget for projects. Consultants manage resources (i.e. capital requirements and human capital) to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client's expectations and business needs. Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects meet the project needs and desired results. Manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides project management support to multiple medium sized projects or one larger more complex project.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements.
- Supports all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting.
- Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control
- Solid ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans.
- Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials.
- Interacts with clients acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas.

Typical Years' Experience
- Typically requires Under Grad degree or 0-4 years relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Strong client service attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to translate between nontechnical business users and technical IT resources utilizing detailed industry expertise.
- Solid knowledge of industry specific project management methodology, project management and system architecture.
- Solid analytical / problem solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate business and IT challenges from a broad perspective utilizing detailed industry expertise.
- Advanced influencing and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
