**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design compelling website layouts, interfaces, and user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, icons, and other visual elements to enhance the overall design.

**UI/UX Development**:

- Design intuitive user interfaces that prioritize user experience, ease of navigation, and accessibility.
- Incorporate user-centered design principles to create user-friendly and engaging interactions.
- Ensure responsive design and optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

**Branding and Visual Identity**:

- Ensure consistency with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity while designing website elements.
- Use typography, color theory, and design elements effectively to reinforce the brand's identity and message.

**Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including developers, content creators, and marketing teams, to bring design concepts to life.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on design concepts to refine and enhance the final product.

**Trends and Innovation**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative and fresh design ideas to projects.
- Continuously improve design skills and share knowledge within the design team.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that designs are error-free and meet design and functional specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues that may arise during the development phase.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Website Designer or UI/UX Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of web design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first design concepts.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Problem-solving skills to find innovative design solutions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
