**Job Title** Supervisor
- Maintenance and Housekeeping

**Reports to** Facility Manager

**Location** Kalyani Nagar, Pune

**Job Purpose**: Maintenance Supervisor is to ensure that a facility or property is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. They oversee the maintenance team, manage repair and upkeep tasks, coordinate with other departments or contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and overseeing preventive maintenance, responding to emergency repairs, managing budgets and inventory.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ultimately, the goal is to maintain the facility in optimal condition to support its functionality and safety.
- **Team Supervision**: Leading and managing the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Overseeing and coordinating repairs, replacements, and upgrades of building systems, machinery, and infrastructure.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, and conducting regular safety inspections.
- **Budget Management**: Managing the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitoring and maintaining an inventory of supplies, parts, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaising with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and preparing reports for management.
- **Facility Inspections**: Conducting regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- **Emergency Response**: Being on call to respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinating quick resolution to minimize disruption. These responsibilities ensure that the facility operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

**Skills & Knowledge**

**Educational Qualification**: Secondary/Graduate/Post Graduate/Civil Engineer

**Relevant Experience**: Min 4-5 years

**Skills**: Bilingual skills (Marathi, Hindi & English) is preferred, Team handling skills Strong coordinating & follow-up skills

**Personal Characteristics & Behaviours**: Multitasking, Flexibility, Time Management

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
